The Eye of the Needle

But Yeshua said to his disciples, “Amen, I say to you, that it is difficult for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.”

“And again I say to you that it is easier for a camel to enter the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.”

But the disciples when they heard, they were greatly amazed and they were saying, “Who then can have life?”

Yeshua gazed at them and he said to them, “This is impossible with the children of men, but everything is possible with God.”

A rich person .. one who has had too much success in the worldly things .. he or she believes that he already knows everything .. he is attached to his imaginary selfhood of the world .. his unholy P's and his evil I's have already captured him in his attention and awareness .. his allegiance and adoration. He adores the worldly things and he loves his own opinions and philosophies.

It is easier for a camel to enter through the narrow gateway of God's Objectivity and the Father's Ideas .. but truly it is impossible for a camel to go through the eye of the needle. So I was saying that it is even more impossible for a rich man or woman to go through the eye of the needle wherein faith attention is necessary .. where opinions must be discarded .. wherein this artificial identification with the imaginary selfhood of the lower nature must be penetrated and conquered.

Are you willing to conquer all that is "made up" by your opinions and interpretations?

Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.

The attachment to your own ideas even about yourself. The fear of letting go of your control over your own ideas and conclusions. The arrogance of being unwilling to recognize when you've lived incorrectly with the wrong ideas.

Are you willing to allow Me to evaluate where you are. To leave this to Me.

Your self-evaluation causes you to deceive thyself and perpetuate false ideas about your own development and its stages of advancement. The self-evaluation of thine entire evolutionary conflict must be placed into My hands and you must find the humility to accept my chastisements at times .. to not hinder and obstruct but to follow through accordingly.

The tendency for individuals to be delusionary and to deceive themselves is very very great. The patient cannot come into the operating room and begin operating upon themselves. This would be ludicrous.

And the unconsciousness of each one to fail to recognize all these problems and to believe that they are beyond these challenges is ever-present.

So then, you must allow me to evaluate you just as when you go to a doctor's appointment. You do not speak to the doctor and tell them what to do. You are going to them for their evaluation and for their procedures.

You of yourselves .. it is impossible for you to conduct this evaluation properly. You do not even understand yourself as of yet .. you don't know even how to evaluate where you are in the many stages of growth. Instead, human beings pretend to be experts in judging all the others and evaluating all the others and never themselves.

First must come total humiliation, and then humility emerges with a childlike reception, and only then surrender is possible.

. . . it is easier for a camel to enter the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.
